Everything in life is better when we’re consistently sleeping through the night. And even though we all want to be better sleepers, it’s often easier said than done! While many things help us sleep soundly through the night,
the most effective medicine I’ve stumbled across and come back to on a daily basis is
Stillness is a practice over 5,000 years in the making and it’s had staying power because it works.

After struggling with a massive panic attack that led to constant anxiety (that led to terrible sleep at night!), I decided to try any and every tip, tool & trick that I could get my hands on to help restore myself to some sense of peace and control.
Stillness was the best tool I found that did all of that and more!!
After testing and trying lots of different stillness methods, I developed my own 5 step system that I use every single day to maintain my mental health AND to create a place for all of my dreams and desires to land, sink down roots and flourish!
